Dazed Media launch Female Firsts, a marketing, CSR, communications and investment programme designed to redress the global lack of support for female storytelling and creativity.

The initiative will begin with a dynamic representation of female filmmakers in grassroots, independent and mainstream cinema with finance being awarded to First and Second time feature films directed by women.

A bespoke content vertical will showcase emerging female directorial talent, whilst international publicity will be driven by a global tour to key film festivals.
